The issue is not yet resolved & request you to not provide false information on social sites. We are asking for GPRS usage details for more than 2 months but you have not provided the same even after several reminder.
Your intention is to cheat customer with illegal balance deduction.
Request you to provide GPRS usage details with immediate effect or else we will take legal action against you.

The details what you provided is self explanatory that you have cheated us for Rs. 440/ + even though its not having valid information. Request you to provide details GPRS usage report on urgent basis.
Request you to refund our money with immediate effect & stop harassing us with day & night calls.
