Saral Diagnostics — Unorganized appointment system for USG

When I booked my appointment for USG I was told that I may have to wait for an hour. I asked them why do I have to wait as I booked for breast USG. I was told that’s how the system works. When I checked and said that what’s the point of giving appointments then the staff didn’t have any answer. I reached at 9:30 a.m and it’s 11:30 a.m as I am writing this still waiting for me to be called for USG. Who has that kind of time to waste just for a test?? If the doctor writes 5-6 tests to get done at Saral Pitampura Centre then the patients will have to spare entire week just for the tests. It is unnecessarily draining and very inefficient.
