Sareeka.com — Refund not received and faulty product

Order no 18465 and 17162. I ordered a number of suits in June and July from Sareeka.com. One suit was stitched and sent which was very poor quality the length of the kameez was uneven. I complained and was promised a refund. The second suit was never even shipped as it was not stitched to the measurements I submitted. In total I am owed £160 in refund. I was promised this refund in July and have emailed and called weekly - the company said they have technical issues and will refund soon. But it's been three months. I am struggling to pay me bills as I need the money back and now they are not answering my calls or emails.
