Tata Sky Dth — Cheating by agents

hi i have tatasky dth connection since 2006 and it was de activated from last 1 year and i call customer care to ask for some offer available on my connection representative told me about it and the i ask him to upgrade my set top box to HD box he transfer my all to another department then the guy told me that it will cost me 1800 rs then i told him that one of my friend got it in 990 he checked it and said i will get it if i will recharge my dish today it self so i have recharged my dish and called them again the the activate the yearly plan as i tell them and when i ask for HD Box then the refuse to provide me the box on 990 inr and hang up the call i called then again then they transferred my call to different -2 departments and different language in the end call dropped then i had a word with miss gurkirat kaur he assured me that i am a premium customer and i will get it on 990 inr and the will call me back after 1 hour with order details i waited for 2 hours no one called i called again and ask for order details and i came to know that no order has been placed and they told me that i am not eligible for this plan . i had a word with tl he has provided me the same information. i am cheated but tatasky agents the told a lie to pitch sale and there is no service at all they just harassing customer but keep on drooping calls again and again my contact number is [protected] same number register with tatasky

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. They will check and provide you the promised offer. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and provide appropriate resolution.
