Today I received a worst experience from Tata Sky Customer service.
Tata Sky service was stopped suddenly, when I turn ON my TV I got No Signal Message. I checked all the cables. unplugged them and even check the dish on my terrace. That looks fine as well.
So I thought I will report the issue to TATA SKY support team/customer support team.
I called customer care on 16th of September around 6'o Clock from my registered mobile number.
Associate was rude and disconnected the call.
So I sent an email on 17th September @ 1:30 AM in the early morning to TATA SKY department explaining the issue. Also I requested refund for the amount which was deducted from my account w/o getting any services.
I am not sure, why DTH service people deduct money on daily basis, eventhough customer is not receiving any services from them. This is not fair. It is nothing but stealing money from others. IT IS A SIN.
Mu suggestion for them is, When user is complaining about an issue stating he is not receiving services, please stop deducting the amount until the issue gets fixed or services resumed.
There is no response/acknowledgement from support team stating there is a complaint registered till 9 A.M. on 17th Sep 2013.
So I called customer care and tried to speak normally with associates. I am not sure why TATA SKY associates make customer frustrated w/o any reason. I believe that is how theey get trained before taking calls. PATHETIC Service.
Finally, I am able to get to a supervisor called MARK BALLI, who is not provided a satisfactory solution on the call.
He raised a WO after I spoke to him. And most interesting part is One of the associate told me that there is no complaints registered on my name or number. Which is Weired.
Finally, some one came to my home and did some thing and resolved the issue.
Any about the refund for the amount for which I did not get services, I received a call from some one. He spoke to me very rudely. Then he disconnected the call. He told me that the refund will not be possible.
SO HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT W/O PROVIDING SERVICES.
THIS IS ALL ... WORST CUSOTMER SERVICE.
Within 24 hrs, Rs 150 amount is deducted from my account for the service that he provide.
I don't understand if there a tecnicical problem from TATA SKY, and if customer is not getting any services for 2 or 3 days.... They will deduct daily rental and adding to that they will deduct money for site visit, which doesn't take more than 5 min to resolve the issue. THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
First of all, you need to provide customer service for technician/cable related issues for FREE OF SERVICE.
I DON'T know why you are deducting MONTHLY RENTAL if the services are not resumed.
NOTE: Starting from 16th till now, I made morethan 10 calls including a supervisor.. no one told me there will be charge for 150 for site visit.
If TATA SKY need money, don't steal it from customers. Better you recruit people for Begging in fromt of TEMPLE.
As I did not get any intimation on any call, I request you to please refund my 150 RS and also request you to refund money for last 3 days for which I did not get any service what so ever.
I called to customer care again and informed the same issue, No one responded, It is almost 24 hrs now. Please update me on the status. Was this information helpful? |
