As I registered a complaint on 22/8/2022 in Hosur Sathya Agency regarding cooling issue in Haier A/C, for past 10days no response not picking my call..Worst service I have never seen before.Behaviour of the staff in sathya agencies is very very worst .Problem still Not yet cleared ....

Attracted by your advertisements in televisions and other media, the following appliances were bought from. M/s.Sathya agencies avadi, on 13.4.2022 at a cost of around Rs.48000/- plus agency's extended warrenty...Bill enclosed..
1.Whirlpool Fridge 215 impro premier 3S cool illusia is not working and kept unused for the past 2 months... After a great ordeal a complaint was booked which is yet to be resolved... Necessary action is solicited...

I have gave my oven model 23BC3 for regular service March 2022 but still we haven't got our products. It's about 6 months still they are not delivering my product. They just extending the delivery date till now. So kindly see to it as soon as possible.

I have bought an LG 4k TV - 75 inch from Sathyas Trichy showroom on 15th Aug 2022 for Rs. 1, 15, 000. They have promised that item will be delivered by Wednesday morning, since item is available in another warehouse. Is very worst by the branch manager, he is behaving in a worst manner if it continues, customers will not come that particular shop.Even though I won’t recommend any one to buy from sathya agency Gobichettipalayam....

I buy Tv and refrigerator and mixures etc. in ur agencies instead of Exchange old TV and refrigerator.They told come and check ur product and then I would take ur Tv and refrigerator sum of rupees. But still now no one can get the exchange product from my home.they didn't response properly evennow. So ur not fullfilled with customers.Here after we won't buy any products...

Last Sunday, July 31, I went to the Sathya store and bought(paid full amount - did not get proper bill) a water geyser in the requested colour. The salesperson and manager told me they could arrange it the next day and the installation would take between two to three days.

The following -next day evening at around 7 PM, I received a call from a sales representative who informed me that my order had been received...

Very very worst shop I ever seen before. Totally full of fraud nd fake products.
Actually we booked a Sony TV. They are giving the display price for the customer. The deal was broken. Then we found out that nd we returned them the product. Then they said. Tommorow new product will be delivered. Till now it got more than 3 days. They haven't delivery the product till now. Very very worst experience. We asked the reason. They are telling...

I bought LG washing machine 2022 modal (FHV1408ZWP) from sathya show room at villupuram on 18 th july...But they delivered 2021 modal...after that i complained about it to change the product but no response from the show room...i am really disappointed .....

We have purchased career AC on 14th April'22 from Sathya Agencies, arcot road, porur. It was worked well beginning till end of May'22 month. Due to gas is not there and cooling not working, we have done twice service on June month and July now.

Complained the same to porur office. We request replacement with any extra cost.

Sir, I purchased samsung fridge on Friday afternoon, they assured to deliver it on next day itself. But till not delivered fridge for my paid up bill.

Now they are telling that It is invoice issue, stock misroute etc etc.

I need the same model new fridge ( not from display),
Why this inconvenience occured?

I have purchased LG AC from Sathya on March 28 2022. AC was not working from June 17 and later I complained this problem to Sathya. Service Executive checked and told that PCB board is not working . Then they took 5 days to change PCB board and afterwards they found that Motor is also not working.
They took another 4 days to change the Motor. Again AC is not working from July 8.
I was so much depressed that again it was not...
