satya — Dogs killing us and not able to sleep with those barkings

Please help us..I am staying with my 1year kid, some times I want to go out in 9pm nights for my son belonging purposes, on call time dogs suddenly came infront of barking and trying catch my leg, almost every time I am missing..please help us...and not able to sleep nights because of that 7-8 dogs barking sounds.
