satya — Treadmill from STAYFIT

I do not know about the other fitness equipments from the STAYFIT, But I literally having very very bad experiences with a Treadmill brought from STAYFIT. Very Very poor technical support and the technical folks don't know what they are talking about. Recently when I had a problem one of the technician told that its Motor problem. I know its not Motor problem hence I requested another technician from the same STAFIT. Then the second guy told me that there is some problem in the mother board and it needs to be fixed in his service center and hence he took it with him. And after one week their service center called me that the mother board can not fixed and hence they wanted me to pay Rs.12000/- to order a new mother board. . I am really in a confused state now.. I advise you to think twice / thrice before buying a product from STAYFIT and its quality & Technical Support from STAYFIT !!
