Saudi Arabian Airlines — Missing bag from jeddah to amman on saudia airlines - urgent need to report claim | |||||
Hi I flew from Jeddah to Amman on the 28th of June 2017 at 20:05 on Saudia Airlines. When I reached Amman my one piece of luggage was missing. We had checked in 14 pieces of luggage but only picked up at 13 items at the airport as 1 bag was missing. They refused to open a claim at Amman airport. They said if I opened a claim in Amman, I would have to pick up my luggage from Amman airport which did not make sense. From Amman we flew to Dubai and then to Durban on Emirates where we rechecked our bags in. Please can someone help me. I tried to fill in the contact form on the website but it’s asking for a claim number and I don’t yet have a claim number as they did not allow us to open a claim at the airport. I need a number of someone i can contact to open a claim for my lost bag. Its been 6 days and its ridiculous that i cannot get through to anyone to help me!!
