[Resolved] SBI — credit card | |
Today ie on 7th april 2018, between 6 pm to 6:30 pm i received calls from below two mobile numbers : [protected] and [protected] They informed me that they are calling from sbi credit card dept and since my card is expiring and reward points from my current card needs to be transferred to my new card they would be performing certain validation and transfer of credit points via some online transactions. I suspected it as fraudulent activity however, they seemed to be having all my card details and then performed below transactions on my card. Only later i realized that i am a victim of the fraud. I have raised a complaint about this to sbi credit card. However, i would also like to ask all the merchandise mentioned here (I hope these are validated by sbi as legal merchandise). How do i proceed further with this? Can sbi suggest a way forward?
