SBI — SBI-Atm theft | |||
Sir, On 12.6.14, an unknown caller identifying himself as SBI officer, as if authorised by SBI, for solving my problem with SBI, called me over his mobile no.[protected]related to Air-tel, Utterpradesh, east telecom sector).After collecting some details from me, from 11.25 pm. onwards he started debitting my SB a/c no.[protected] with SBI, Attingal branch (07017), kerala-695101-he debitted twelve times for making payments to various service providers( payees names are as found in 12 SMS received in my cell, when the criminal steals money from Atm)-DETAILS OF PAYMENTS: one payment to paytm.com, Noida, Rs.4000/, five payments each Rs.1900/ to Ccavenue.com/charg, five payments each Rs.1000/ to freecharge.com, Mumbai, & one payment of Rs.668/ to bookmyshow_PayU-- agragating to a total amount of Rs.19168/, drawing fradulantly using my SBI-Atm card number.All the said service providers were individually contacted by me.I received only one email mssge response from [protected]@paytm.com by one Mr.Rahul Bali, dt.16.6.14. informing me that the Paytm could answer either to the related Bank's request or to a cyber crime cell. Other 3 service providers never bothered to reply to my many requests...Will the SBI send messages on behalf of its affected customer to the said unauthorised beneficiaries about the Atm theft for recovering the unauthorised payments made to them by a criminal by looting the SBI a/c ?Already, the home branch was intimated twice, thanks for the kind service...
