Sbt Online — Misbehaviour and insulting from bank manager of sbt karinkal kuzhi branch kannur

As per the gov order by the last month onwards the salary of government employees are disbursing through abt banks. so by getting POC for salary of the teacers of IMNSGHSS MAYYIL KANNUR i approched the sbt karinkalkuzhi branch (; kannur dist). manager for cash.on that time he told that the salary of one teacher named seema jayaraj ( who came to our school that month only by transfer from another school)will not get by cash as she was getting her salary through her SBI account and salary of all other teachers will be given by cash. then our head master gave a request with her account number to transfer her salary to her account and they transferred the same. Today iam with our office attendant went to the bank for the salary for this month by getting POC fron sub treasury kolacherry. on the first sight of our POC he shouted infront of many customers saying that we wont give you the cash without showing the account number of that teacher.I told him that we already gave her account number and request of HM. but he was not at all ready to hear me. i requested him that as a new procedure we are not much aware about getting salary through bank; and so please give us more details. Instead of that the manager scolded me infront of my office attendant and many other customers including my former students. iam much insulted and tormented by his bad behaviour. many customers have the openion that he is not at all customer friendly and many of them are insulted by him for silly matters. iam sending this complaint at the midnight because i cant sleep by thinking about the insult BY VINODKUMAR.CC
