I am an NRE account holder with SB, AroorT. I was trying to create an outward remittance with my son's account, to send money for his education, who is studying in France. I can not create this out side India beneficiary and the following message was popping up while submitting the completed request.
"Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request. Please try later." After many unsuccessful attempts, I raised a complaint and received the following customer care ticket number raised by INB Customer Care Team
Ticket No. 1977457 dated October 08, 2015 from internet Banking Cell, SBT Head Office
Since then I was regularly making attempts for beneficiary creation and providing information including screen shots as requested by SBT customer care team. I received the following information on November 12, 2015 as last message "This is to inform you that our technical Team(GITC, Mumbai) is working on the issue as soon as the issue will be resolved we will inform you". There after no response to my follow up mails from SBT team which is a highly irresponsible act and make me suffer.
Please take necessary action to solve the issue and help me to get the promised service from SBT in order to save my valuable time.
