SBT — Transaction problem

Sir,
My A/c No. is [protected] SBT Bank, Pattazhy Branch) I use NetBanking (quick transfer (NEFT))to transfer cash (Rs. 1000) to punjab bank(account no:-[protected]) But I couldn't get that cash, and my A/c shows a debit of Rs. 1000. I called SBT & Panjab bank customer care service to solve my problem. They said that, give a request to SBT to cancel that transaction. they have the liability to solve this. I am not satisfied with reply SBT customer care executive.They said that please give a request to Your Bank. What can I do?, How can i cancel that transaction
I don't know what you think. not value for my money
