SCB CREDIT CARD — Not Closing credit card with repetitive request.

I am trying to close my credit card account for the last 2 years with full payment of all dues. I still get bills for due dates.
These are the dates that I have cleared all my dues and requested a cancellation. 1: 7/7/23, 2: 6/25/23, 3:6/17/23, 4:11/7/21.
I have not used this card for the last two years. I need to resolve this issue.
