Scootsy — charged me for order and then didn't deliver | |||
Scootsy charged me 616Rs. for my order for which PayTM sent me a text message. One hour later Scootsy says the order was abandoned. The customer service person said he will not give me any credits. There is no place to lodge a complaint in writing on the Scootsy app. As a result i went hungry. This is ridiculous. Yesterday also I got a text from PayTM saying it has been charged but no order showed on Scootsy app but my food got delivered but today it didn’t. No notification or alert from Scootsy saying the order was unsuccessful. Was this information helpful? | |||

One scootsy rider complained me that company is not giving fair prices for their fuel as petrol prices have been increased and less mileage of their bikes they are going in loss it may less for company but too much fir that poor riders so I request scootsy to look after it as they are working so hard fir companys growth, Thankyou!
