Scootsy is a sham.
Placed an order yesterday for cupcakes from 210, informed that they shall be made available by today,
Precisely at 10am I've placed an order, 6 cupcakes, Rs90 each, costing RS 540, with the instructions of only the "Angry Bird" variant of the cupcake and NO Red Velvet or Plain Chocolate. Added discount for first order costing me Rs390 in total.
The executive complied and said they'll be made available at the other 210 centre and not the initial one I had placed the order at, money had been refunded accordingly and I placed a new order with the generated discount, all this was by 1pm
Then I've been told they're only partially available, which is 3 pieces
I said fine send them and give the reset refunded
I've been refunded partial amount
At 3pm I've been delivered 3 Red Velvet cupcakes that are of no use to me and I've been general only the Rs 120
All this hassle
All this time waste
And even the discount for an official first order goes waste.
Scootsy is a total corporate sham and after the treatment I have received, I have no faith in your company and I'm making sure I pass this message on as well as it can be broadcasted alongwith an online consumer complaint. Thank you so much for the waste of time and energy and causing nothing of value but inconvenience.
