प्रार्थी को Sarva UP Gramin Bank Bitroi Branch Code SUPGB5 Address Bitroi P O Dehmu Teh Budaun से अपनी खेती करने के लिए लोन चाहिए था, प्रार्थी ने बैंक मैनेजर के बताए अनुसार(रिफ्रेन्स जो वकील का दिया था) सारे कागजात तैयार किया परंतु जब प्रार्थी ने अपने सारे कागजात बैंक मैनेजर को दिये तो बैंक मैनेजर लोन पास नही कर रहा है और बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा गलत शब्दों का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है और प्रार्थी दो महीने से कागजात लेकर बैंक के चक्कर लगा रहा है एसलिए प्रार्थी मानशिक व आर्थिक रुक से बहुत परेशान हो चुका है बैंक मैनेजर पर कृपया आप उचित कार्यवाही करे
