I had tried to book tickets in setc from online from Nagercoil to chidambaram during that time my money was debited from my account but bus was not booked. so I contacted customer care they said they will refund my money with in 2-3 days. But it was more than 5 days my money wasn't credited yet... confirmation message from SETC, ticket was not booked and amount debited from my account.

In koyambadu bustand Bangalore setc bus conductor he only allowing Bangalore passengers thay are not allowing other place people like vellore, Krishnagiri, Hosur people are not allowing in bus at the last time off bus stating at the time only thay allowing others place passengers
