SETC — Ticket Booking NetBanking Transaction Successful, but ticket not booked

I booked a SETC Ticket for 3 persons thru online for Rs. 1068 and the successful Bill Desk reference Number is BILLDESK-AINB[protected]/TNSTCLTD/thru Net Banking - ref:[protected]/10/2014 19:41-Indian Bank. I need my ticket or refund and to know about the status of it. Kindly help me.
