Seven Square Academy — school fees of my two granddaughters transferred through citrus eazypay icici a/c

I have transferred rs 28009 and r 21309 being school fees for academic year 2020-21 through net banking of gateway of citruseasypay - icici a/c given by seven square academy.

I have transferred the amount from my hdfc bank a/c on 31st march 2020 approximately 6.30pm in the evening.

I got to know from school authorities that the said amount have not been credited to their account.
