SF SONIC — sf sonic battery fault under warranty no replacement

I bought SF Sonic battery dated 16/07/16 battery type - FMK0-MK1440-TZ5 Serial Number - M6H5Q3347416H52 from SN Power Solutions No38 CTH Road krishna Puram Ambattur chennai - 600 053

The battery has problem it is discharging quickly and unable to self start my vehicle i have explained to the dealer clearly the person who attended his name was Sheril he is try to avoid the warranty replacement and also behaving to customer in rude manner.

He telling that there is no fault in the battery and also he it teeling like a fool to recharge the battery every 2days times.

Whether SF sonic is dealing with this foolish people for marketing there products which is pathetic.

If SF sonic not take any action on this dealer i will take this back to consumer court of getting justice.

Now my battery is fault condition need to be replaced without any further delay.
