From the last thre days i was talking with the courier boy everytime he was saying lies. Now he is saying that the courier boy on your route is on leave and we dont know when he will return. Till then your courier will be with us. And he was very rude and miss behaving. Now you tell me what to do next. The courier center is at attingal, kerala. SF[protected]FPL is the order id....

The item having tracking num AWB R[protected]WEB has been picked up by the courier agent on 3rd sep 2022. But it has not yet reached the seller. I just want to know when it will reach the seller and whats the status of my product now?

It has been more than a week from delivery date of order.
Updated status was not on site .
Complaints many times but not received any response....

I have order product in meesho aap on 29th of August 2022 the order got delivered from shadow fax today 3rd of September 2022 and delivery boy said me that the order is from meesho aap i have contacted meesho app service care they said me that my order from meesho have not yet got shipped and i have reached to shadowfax office yo enquiry but the manager says i have ordered from facebook but i have ordered from meesho and delivery boy said...

Agent took incorrect yellow kurti for exchange against blue kurti, now my yellow kurti which is for return (which agent already took), agent denied to take it as I have blue kurti with me now....

I'm worked on shadowfax delivery service.. But still my id is terminated.. Pls activate my id...

I have ordered soaps from Khadi Natural, but itwas not delivered by Shadowfax, showing same status for 15 days. No customer support or nothing...

I am trying to return the product for the past 6 days. Without even calling me, It is showing return pickup attempted 2 times in AJIO App. But I haven't received a call. It's getting delayed. Please resolve this issue.

I have requested to pick up my order 1 month ago and its not yet picked up. The company said they will send the delivery person by next day, but no one came. The number provided in the sms is not reachable....
