[Resolved] Sharekhan — Money not Credited - Sharekhan Scam | |||
I transferred Rs 17000 from my bank to Sharekhan Bank account. The money got deducted from my account successfully but sharekhan has yet not credited in my sharekhan account nor have they reversed my money. This is really unfortunate and disappointing from sharekhan team as this issue is taking more than 1 month now. I am not sure what steps were taken and who took the steps whether my bank ING Vysya or Sharekhan, but ultimately I am thankful that the issue is resolved. Sharekhan has always been supportive since last 5 years with their great customer service, its only this time the mishap happen which prolonged till 1 month.
Otherwise I am all happy with the sharekhan team and will continue trading with them. | |||
