Sharekhan — Unable to withdraw funds- NO HELP FROM SHAREKHAN IN 10 DAYS

I sold some shares as I required funds but since last 10 days, this is the message I get when I try to withdraw.

Message: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.
Customer id: 608446

Have written 20 emails to [protected]@sharekhan.com - NO RESPONSE.

Got one email giving name of my RM - who had never contacted me by the way. I wrote an email to the given id - which bounced back immediately saying no such email exists.

The sharekhan chat - shows 60 minutes waiting time - tried that too a few times - after waiting 12-13 minutes, that also closes saying error.

Not able to understand - is Sharekhan a fraud company? There is no way to contact anyone or withdraw my own funds??

sir many times inform my problom many lady agent but all probkom solved nahi kiya koyi. referel ishue. withdrow failed. my trade emound be nahi aya. sir cal be nahi utare. cal karne ka time chupke bat karte many lady. all problom solved nahi karta shere khan isliye demat accound close karta hu sir
