[Resolved]  Sharekhan — Website down since morning during market hours

Website is down and I am unable to make any trades online from the last 2-3 hours and customer care is taking a huge hold time. This is causing unnecessary issue to whole of the customer segement and in banking and trading platform on the pick days where there is a huge variations in the market, this is not at all acceptable and need to be compensate to the entire customer segement. This is not once but a frequent issue and if this is repeative they need to install multiple servers so that parallel processing can be done in case of one gets down. I am not at all satisfied with the firm and the franchisee even after making huge trades.

Updated by Abhishek Agrawal TCS I could reach the customer care after an hours and when I called them regarding the issue they have logged a complaint after a very long time and also they do not have any ETA for the same. The complaint # is[protected], where I have asked to put that their system is down.

Barakhamba road branch employees make fraud and provide wrong information to their customers.. made a loss of 20k because of them and they changed brokerage for the same.. sharekhan is not for customer and they make fraud...
