I am a resident of Barasat North 24 Parganas Kolkata 700126 West Bengal
I bought a SHARP 32" LED TV from Great Eastern on 6th October 2010 the model number of which is LC32LE3414
for 25000 Rupees.
However I started to have problems with the set after about 8 months...The screen flickered and would go black.
I called up Great Eastern and asked them about the problem.they said me to contact the SHARP Customer Care that happens to be located in Barrackpore. They Confirmed me that the problem would be solved within a month and told me to take a video snap of the problem .I did it and after about 5-6 month two of their technician arrived and changed the connector.Howevere the problem is still not solved and I have informed about this to them. But they has always given me false promises

to stand over sharp led tv on my wall
The sharp company doesnot respond on my complain.i think 10times i called in sharp coustmer care but the company does not respond on my complain.i have two complain no.681377, 682192
