Shengli discontinued the connection abruptly only after 10 days of connection. They took the money before adding the connection. Customer service is the worst they told me refund will be done in 3 days then 5 days and now they are saying 20 days. Worst customer service ever. Before disconnecting they did not give me any kind of warning. They have my money and they are earning interest on it for more 20 days. Shengli service is very poor. Was this information helpful? |
