Firstly.. None of my calls have been logged in ur system. I have spoken to jahara twice.. Vicky and sweta as well.
Life republic society sector r7 did not have connection till 23rd dec and first complaint was regisrted 12th or 13th dec.
Ur executives have conveyed that due to switch damage problem inyernet was not working and got rectified on 23rd dec 2018. As promised and commitmed in each call the days the services was not there ext had to be done. However after several calls till now there is no ext made and my number.
Hence am leaving the connection and in a weeks time u will loose another 200 customer based on the same reason.
Am also publishing this in social media as public should be aware of how pathetic service you guys provide.
