Dear friends, I bought one "SURYA ACCENT" 3 litre capacity pressure cooker 10 days ago but after 6th day it STARTED showing problem. Pressure release automatically and air is coming out continuously and the product is belongs to SHINAG ALLIED ENTERPRISES WHICH IS AN ISO[protected] CERTIFIED COMPANY AND ISI APPROVED AND "5 YEAR WARRANTY" BUT VERY LOW QUALITY WHEN I CONTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER:+[protected] THE GUY TOLD ME THE COMPANY IS VERY FAR, SO BETTER YOU PURCHASE ONE PRESTIGE/HAWKINS ACCESSORY BUT DIDN'T HELP ME PROPERLY.

i have same concern like you, even worst pressure cooker blast while cooking, luckily
no one hurt. I have writen to customer care if I will not get proper answer i am going to write complaint to BIS authority online.

Hi, I brought Surya Pressure Cooker pack of 2 from D-Mart, Mulund, Mumbai . In one use the valve got blown up. Now D-Mart is not ready to get it repaired or replaced. Customer contact number also does not work.
Kindly help!

Hi, I am from Hyderabad, Recently purchased 3 litre Surya Accent Pressure cooker, even I am facing the same problem as above, pressure is coming out, and once it is about to blast but some how managed to stop. Every bad response from the customer care. Trying to file a complaint.
