[Resolved]  Shinag Allied Enterprises — Faulty gas stove

I had purchased Surya Gas Stove from Reliance Market, Solapur on 21.11.15. Immediately after installation, it is noticed that the product was faulty as there is gas leakage. I immediately contacted to your store to Mr Kamble and ask for replacement. But he refused and ask to go to any mechanic for repair. I was again and again requesting him to replace but he refused and got repair from somewhere.
Now today suddenly the glass of gas started to broken into small pieces. When I contacted to your store they refused to replace the same. I leave the faulty gas stove at your store but no one contacted me.
This is very painful for me. I purchased the product due to trust in reliance brand. But service given by u is very poor by ur Solapur Market. Despite the product is in warranty period they refuse to replace or repair.
Now u give me the reason for why should I purchase from any Reliance Store in future or recommend to my friends and relatives.
