Shinag Allied Enterprises — Gas stove

I have purchased gas stove of surya from shinag allied manufacturer. First the quality is not good. However i'm using this from one year. After that i'm facing problem with burner that the flame is coming very low. I have called the customer care to surya which the number is [protected]. One lady answer the call and and i told my problem. She told me that we have no customer care centers in hyderabad, so you can repair it near any gas repair center and tell me the money how much it cost. Later i repaired it and i called her to reimburse my money. Literally i called for one month daily but still i didn't get my money back. I tried from different numbers to reach her, this is the way they are providing the service to customers. Later she will not even accept my call also. Don't go for this brand.
