Shiprocket — Lost shipment

[protected] the package was picked up by a delivery guy on 4th Augustfrom bangalore through Shiprocket. The package was huge, inspite of asking him that taking in a 2 wheeler is risky, he took it. In the evening we got a call from shiprocket manager and delivery guy saying he has lost the shipment on the way to courier center. The product was worth 4950/-. We raised the escalation to the shiprocket team and till now we've not received any resolution nor the package. We've been contacting them everyday and we're only getting wait response from them. This kind of situation is so frustrating. We've given the contacts of delivery guy, manager and still they're not able to contact them. It's a handmade product and we've worked for days and these ppl have lost it and now they're not even taking any responsibility or accountability for the loss.
