Shiprocket — Selling duplicate chinese smart watches in the name of crossfit

I have ordered one CrossFit smart watch having order id #34634 and it is delivered by DELHIVERY courier(awb No#[protected]) . It is the not the original CrossFit product. It is a cheap Chinese product . No response from the Customer Service.
