I purchased pirated XARA webdesigner for Rs;700/- from Shiva who have advertised in Deccan Chronicle 31st July 2014. This software is not working. I requested him to see it . He disconnected my call every time. I sent a SMS stating that If you don't reply I will complain against you. He replied" do it happily". He called me on the same Evening and asked me about the complaint. I requested him to come and see the software it it not working change another software. He accepted it but whenever I called him he disconnected my call. His name: Shiva Cell Nos. [protected] and [protected]. Please do justice for me to get back my money spent.
