Shop CJ Network — continuous harassment on housewife | |||||
Respected Sir, I regret to inform you that I have booked Prestige 19 litres Oven Toaster Griller Red (POTG) on 16th December 2017 through Online from ShopCJ vide Order No.[protected] for Rs.4, 294 Rupees Four thousand two hundred ninety four only)to present to my relative as a marriage gift. I have received the product on 29th December 2017 with damaged condition. I have informed about the product on the same day and requested them to replace the same to present the marriage gift. First they have accepted and told that they will exchange the product within three working days. After three days when I enquired they told that they will take the products within three working days and the amount will be credited to my saving account. Every time when we enquire about our transaction the officials incharge dragging me by handover the line to other persons vice versa. Till date neither they have taken the product nor they have credited the amount to my saving bank account. I am also dealing with reputed firms like Amazon, FilipKart and Shopclues, in which the defective products are exchanged by them within two to three days and if not the amount will be credited before taking the products itself. Shopcj has harassed the house wives like me by delivering the defective products and not exchanging the products and not crediting the amount for a long period for which we have to spent heavy amount on telephone bill.. I am the middle income group lady facing mental tension by Shopcj. Therefore I kindly request the higher authorities to look into the matter and credit my hardship amount to my account as early as possible. With kind regards, In continuation to my e-mail, I once again regret to bring the following lines for your perusal and immediate action. I have contacted Mr. Vignesh, Mr. Muneer and Mr.Sujith who are the incharge of the customer care daily and they are dragging to settle the matter. This is the last email to settle the matter within three days. Failing which leads to consumer forum to sue the case.
