[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Delivered a defective product. | |||||
I have order the vacuum cleaner “euro litevac” from shop cj. Details of the purchased prodct is as under:- 1. Order no. -[protected]. 2. Date of order: 3. Delivery date of product: 11 apr 2016 4. Address on which ordered product delivered: Adarsh anand, Flat no 34/1, peninsular griraj apartment, vivekanand marg, boring road, patna- 800013. Status: ordered product is not working properly and having following issues:- 1. Vacuum cleaner is not functioning and not able to suck dust. 2. Within few seconds, its motor gets heat up. Motor is so heated that it may catch fire i[censored]sed for 10-20 mins.. 3. The plastic around motor is deforming. Overall a bad piece was delivered at my place.
