Shop CJ Network — Payment not received, unresponsive behavior, no customer centric approach

Ordered a set of 4 double and 4 single bed sheets of worth rs.2698 by calling their no. [protected] (according to company no std charges apply but strangely airtel charged me rs.6 for 4 min) through order no 2016*62849 on 9 june 2016. everything till then was good.initially they said goods will be delivered in 3~5 working days.

But received a msg saying the delivery is going to be delayed by 4 days on 14 june 2016. ordered was deliverd on 16 june 2016 with broken outer package but goods intact. paid full amount in cash right away (you shouldn't do this in any case before checking a goods!!!).

Opened a bedsheets and found extremely cheap quality and manufacturing defects in bedsheets in a double and a single which was opened out of curiosity. after finding out bad quality not bothered to check out the other once. (my first experience with shop cj... worst till date as compared to other e-comm).

Instantly raised a cancellation within minutes of delivery. got confirmation that i will get picked up in whooping 7~8 days (you read it right 7~8 days). then will get a call for asking a bank details for transfer. still not worried thought it will be ok.

Now the amazing story starts. gati guy came on 24 june picked up the goods and gave a return shipmet document. on 27 june i tried to track a shipmet through a shopcj.com found out that it was a wrong tracking no. called a customer care no. to check the status they said its ok.. you should not worry, we will handle everything. and ""you will get call in 4~5 days for asking bank details after the goods received at our warehouse"". (this is strange!!! so thats 8+5+13 days wait just for asking a bank details, don't know when i will get a money.)

Later tried to track a shipment through a gati portal was able to do that easily. don't knw why shopcj.com wasn't able to fetch tracking details. (looks like serious scm issue). again called on 2 july asking details whether it is reached or not, the executive has no answer. again tried on 4 july to check with customer care for tracking of goods and are they reached to warehouse. this time they filed a complaint assuring to revert back with details in 24 hrs. (no complaint no. received by msg/call, no answer for 3 days after that)

But on 7 july got call from lady executive through her personal mobile no. just to confirm""i have received goods or not"". this is hilarious, i am waiting for my bank transfer call and they are still checking with goods shipment. i explained her in a angry words and she just said""i am just doing my job, sir"". i just remain tight lipped after that. the story still goes on.

I received msg on 8 july for asking my bank transfer details. (assuring on web page that they will do it in 2~3 working days) (i am suppose to receive a call & not msg). today is 14 july i still waiting for my payment.

My request to shopcj.com will be, are they ever going to transfer my money or not. just say this right away... then i can take decision how to get my money.

Update 1. After posting I have received my full refund. But the first time experience was really bad. Will think twice next time doing shopping.
