Shop CJ Network — Sent defective product but till date no one can login the proper complain

I have ordered electrolux microwave 26l on 6 july 2016 and after received it i am call electrolux service center for demo. Engg came from demo but microwave is not working, he told that pcb is problem need to repair it i am call 11 july again shop cj but till date issue is not solved. I am call so many times for replacement and discuss with team manager sabir, supervisor abhilasha and pravin. Call to executive so many times approx 100 times but no one can solve the issue i have paid rs. 7085. Look this matter

Updated by maheshmathur786 I have purchased microwave from shop cc but received product is defective . I have regularly call from 11 July but till date no one is response. No one provided complain number . all of them told me that customer I'd is complain number or order I'd is complain number.

[protected]. Please help me for return my money. I have discuss with so many time with executive and supervisor and team manager . I.e dipika, adil, mahesndra, Vaibhav, tafiq, abhilasha, Pravin and Sabir

Updated by maheshmathur786 Till date no one can given proper answer. 25 July Mr. Has an call to me and ask bank details, I am provided bank details but ttoday when I am call to customer care and discuss prabhkar he told me that no one call to me and my bank details is not update. Today I again given bank details to prabhkar. All of person of shop cj is telling lie and provided fake information .
