[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Wrong & non branded products receive | |||||
I ordered wonderchef cookware set order no. [protected]. But i got unbranded coocker. So i called your customers care agents. They tell me they will send my product with in two days. But after three days i called they told me we will pick up our products with in 7 days then. They will give me points. Then i order my product. I received wrong& unbranded products it is not my guilty. I paid you as per my order. But i received wrong products. What is your policy i don't know.
