I given a complaint about shopclues to refund my money on complaint board.com(http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/shopclues-l286205.hmtl)after sometime of giving complaint I got a call from a mobile number [protected] he told that he was calling from shop clues he ask me my card details and otp I told the card details and otp then I was check my balance when the person was on call only then rs.1000 was deduced from my account I asked the u have to refund my rs.1000 now only he told me that he will refund then he cut the call.again when I was trying the number it was switchedoff Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a call and message from shopclues Luckydraw today that I won mahindra car 14, 50, 000 for that I have to pay registration charge 7400.He send me his proof details so that customer trusts that guy pan card, aadhar details, passport, company id .But guys the fraud was in I'd there when I scañned it showed some diff site .I thought when that guy is giving all details it's genuine I just gave driving license pic.He called me to send him selfie for proof.He called me and said i[censored] don't pay in 5 min I will cancel ur gift .That stroke me.So I called in other no from shopclues which I found in facebook.I called him and asked he said it's 6500 amount and I am Hr of ShopClues.I asked him for his proof he didn't reply.+[protected] Amit pratap singh, +[protected]hr ).Just beware of them.I am worried of my driving license, my details.Sir/madam i[censored]r company leaks details of customer than soon people will loose trust.Hope u will take action against it
