I purchased american tourister trolley bag from shop clues but Shop clues send me broken american tourist trolly bag at rs 2149.00 Same day i complain to shop clues and upload picture. they told me to send back to clues network pvt ltd delhi . When i send to clues network pvt ltd delhi (rs 590.courier charge Paid by me) Via dtdc courier .they forbade to accept it . They yet not refund my money .i have complain many time to his customer care centre. I have ordered Trio Premium Cotton Ankle Socks and ordered number 68627117.
I did not received this item. But I got a message saying Your order 68627117 has been successfully delivered at the mentioned shipping address
I ordered on 20th September, still I did not received the item. After 23 days I received only message(your order has been delivered successfully) not the item which I have ordered
. What kind of company this is..
I have never seen this kind of fraud company (Shop clues). I will never ever order any other item next time. Guy do not order anything from shop clues. After seeing this, If you want to try you can try nobody can save you.
