Shop Clues — Order delivered to wrong Address | |||
I have placed an order of two 300 Gm Chocolate box worth of Rs 1126 from Shopclues on 19-August-2015 (order No.[protected]. They have shipped my order through Bluedart (tracking number/waybill [protected]) on 22 August 15. Shopclues and Bluedart tracking site showing that the product is already been delivered to my address on 24 August 15 and received by some Durgesh? Still I have not received any product nor I have any knowledge of who is durgesh? the Blue Dart courier company guy has simply given away my product to some random guy without checking any id proof. One of the worst experience of online shopping.I have already send a mail regarding the blunder they have just made and call twice on their landline help line number with long waiting and extra mobile charges paid.Even though they have taken two days for a reply and in the phone conversion they have again put me into a seven days time halt to wait and suffer. These seven days wait is just to get a delivery confirmation receipt from bluedart that they have delivered the product. Which was clearly mentioned in their tracking site but they are not mentioning that they has delivered this product to a wrong address and also received by god knows who. They have ruined my Raksha bandhan as I have order this expensive chocolates for my brother and my nephew. And please Shopclues don't send me another mail for any inconvenience caused by your site instead of solve this matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
