Few days back i purchased one product from shopclues, since then i am getting few calls & saying they are calling from shopclues headoffice, tata nagar, jamshedpur start asking about my bank details, they have each & every information about my personal details like house address etc. I have a doubt they might have my bank details as well.
I reported the same to shopclues, they said their team is already working on it but it's almost...

I ordered one product that was damaged and dirty, i received it on 15th and i asked for return on 17th but they are saying we cant receive the return request as its already 2 days passed what the hell, i have sent them email 50 times no customer-care executive doesn't even bother to reply even, they have one number for customer-care the whole day its coming busy cant even talk to them they have chatbot but you cant chat with their executive...

I have bought a wardrobe from shop clues and i received in some days. The quality was such bad and i asked for refund in customer care. They said okay first you resend the wardrobe to us and once we receive the wardrobe we will give you money back. One delivery boy came and took the wardrobe and i am not receiving my money back. The customer care is not picking my call now. I don t know what to do to get my money back....

I have ordered been bag a month back and i have paid online payment but still i have not received to me and when i was calling shopclues customer care representative saying it's delivered at my place why such a worog information giving us and past 2 week back i am trying shopclues customer service they're not reachable why you people cheating us taking after money from us it's really govt. Should be baan this shopclues...

I ordered titans watch on dt; 8th oct. Order delivery is confirmed on dt;16th oct. But i didnt received the product till date order no is[protected]. I tried to call customer care no. But i didnt get proper response, just mentioned that shipment delayed and said that delivery will be done within 48 hrs but today is going on 72 hrs.
So kindly check n make sure that further should not be done because i had made payment online the same...

I am very panic to about shop clues service and support. I was already raise many complaints regarding return for return which order no is[protected],[protected] but till date not respond that what is status of that.in future i will not purchase any product. Til date don't know status of these complaints.
Please let me know what i do for this money also lost and product very worst no use....

I have purchased a headphone from the shopclues app but the product is not up to the mark. It seemes to be used, not as shown in the image and quality is not good. So i filed a return against the same but it has been rejected. I have tried to contact them but neither they have describe any reason for rejection nor they are answering to my queries.

Today October 16 again, I got a call from same type scam people.

They send message first and called me talking in Kanada, but in truecaller saying from Bihar.
He literally talking in Kanada and asking you got message, I told half English half Kanada saying I get too many scam calls that's why I won't answer or call back or not even think of saying yes to move further. Caller reliazed that I am not gonna pay single rupee..br...

I want to say that my mom buy a two sarees from shopclues.com but in those sarees have a problem. Problem is that there have a defective piece and colour was changed. We called the customers care no. They say that we will not do any thing and say that you searxh from google.
