Myself sourav chakraborty. I ordered an love him and love her t shirt from shop clues. My order no. Is[protected]. Its get delivered today and what i found is both the t-shirt is same like i love him. There is no such i love her tshirt. This t-shirt i ordered for my wife for her birthday and it's on 26 the may. So all my plan get dumped because of that. Please assist. Or i will never order from shop clues....

I ordered a product from shopclues via Visa card ending 0394 with price of 1315.00 ...But the ordered has been cancelled by shopclues after 2 days of ordered and they processed for refund on 26th April and provided expected refund date 8th may but still the has no reflected in my bank a/c...I also visited to my bank but they could not find any data about this transaction...

There are so many returns made by me as everytime they send me either a defective product or a damage product and everytime option for my money refund is only there cluebucks (There own point system) my money is yet not refunded for this order as well ref: order number[protected]. They are such a fraud guys that they show images of a different product and send different product and everytime the quality is compromised and it is not as same...

Shop clues sent first time of ikall n3 tap sim slot damage. So shopclues said go to service center. I am going to service center but service center people said don't claim under warranty. So i am share information so you said replacement product from your side. So i am waiting then replacement product was more than 20 days after received. Hi guys, please don't purchase any products online from shop clues.com. They are selling second hand and the delivery is very late and some time goes back. Courier people are all local guys they set their mobile to busy mode and finally say that delivery address was not found likewise.
