Without any valid reason.

Having burnt my fingers once, not willing to take another chance. I advised them for:
1. First Option - Refund of entire amount I paid (absorbing Credit Card transaction fees)
2. Second option - Replace the faulty device...

I had ordered this product and got delivery on 19th march. Upon assembling i found the product quality unsatisfactory hence i requested for return and refund on 21st march. But till today 29th march shopclues.com has neither taken the product back nor initiated my refund of rs. 2200.
I had called thrice for this issue but their representatives kept saying that they are looking into this matter.
I do not understand under this...

I have purchase this mobile of 1 set=1+1, but a mobile is not working. I send email to shop clues regarding this. But he response me that this order no & email does not exists. So he is very fraud company, please suggest me what i can do. I have 10 times mail but always reply me ur email & order no does not exists i our record. I have send you screen shot of my order..

I have ordered a combo pack of 64 GB pandrive and 128 GB memory card, but when i received order i found that was not memory card that was just 2 piece of plastic in shape of memory card and pandrive was also not working, when i called customer care they people told to call the merchant but his no was swith off. they people cheated with me, their customer care told me that they can't do anything....

This is to inform that i regularly purchase products through online sites at regular interval from various sites especially from you i have been facing many problems. Ordering a particular product which i received in a damaged condition also returned the same at given time period with required details but today it's showing that the request is cancelled. For your kind information i have never received a call from your executive for pick up...

Misuse of customer's phone number
I received one cal from your customer care center regarding one sms which i received for car winning.. But that guy started filrting with me and using such a shamefull language with me... When i cut the call.. He started calling me with some other numbers and theaten me.. He was calling with 5 diffrent no.. Start msging me video cal whtsapp cal msg and abuse via audio msgs...

In a fraud call a man who says you are a lucky winner of car and money, so give your account. When i gave my account number, then he says due to some reason we cant send you money, so send 3500 rupees to us for this. And he gave me his two account number to send 3500 rupees them.
