[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Defective product send me | |||||
I have order micromax Q326+ mobile to shopclues from 15/1/17 and recieve me from 19/1/17. my order no. is[protected]. I have check the mobile but mobile is defective, screen is not work and automanticaly phone off. so i am complain the shopclues customer care. Customer care says me complain no.- 717061 but not action my complain. I am going service center replecement for mobile but he ask mobile is not replacemet only service. I am collect mobile jobsheet and send to customer care but customer care again to new complain no.- 8367403 and 831584. I am call for daily shouclues customer care but not sloved my complain .shopclues 10 days repalcement warrenty but not replacement my phone . I am dissponted shopclues sales after service so plz help me. i have refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased wrangler jeans with order id[protected]. On JAN 31 i had requested the product to be returned. No one from shop clues ever contented me to co-ordinate the pick up of the product. Since then, i have called the helpline number twice and have not received any satisfactory reply from shopclues. My shopclues return id is 3643651.
