ShopClues.com — Defective samsung led tv delivered and not refunding money | |||||
I have purchased a samsung led tv from shopclues 30/06/2016 after 8 months this is automatically gets switch off after 15 minutes and the same product has the warranty of 12 months, i have discussed the same issue with shopclues help line and they gave supplier contact number & supplier suggest to change mother board with local tv repairing shop for that he send the mother board then i have repaired after repairing the problem is still same now i have again discuss with shop clues so they suggested to send led tv by courier so i have send it to his given address now after receiving two days they are saying my led tv is damage so i have asked him why they not checked during receiving from courier and they did not send any pictures of the same. So this show totally fraud thing of shop clues. If they did not refund my whole money with in two days then i will launch a case against shopclues in consumer forum.
