ShopClues.com — Double payment due to their site error; refund not done

I am a regular purchaser from Shop Clues.com.
I am very unhappy to inform in this 5th Anniversary of Shop Clues that their service level has very much come downover the years.. This January, I had very bitter experience that too for a small legitimate refund amount of Rs.375/-. I ordered for a Carry Bag on[protected] for Rs.375/- and while placing the Order payment their was mesage stating "payment not received" and hence I did the payment again. Subsequently I noticed that this amount was debited twice in my Bank account. I immediately represented with Shopclues and they issued ticket bearing No.665801. I called them again on[protected]. The Helpdesk told me to wait for 48 Hours for redressal. Since nothing is heard from their Helpdesk I contacted them again on
[protected]. Then they said they needed the Bank Statement, to check and ensure the double payment. Hence I obtained the Bank statement from my banker Syndicate Bank for one month and submitted to them on[protected] to their Customer care-HelpDesk. Then I called their Helpdesk and spoke for about 10 minutes regarding my submission of the Bank statement. The official there told that he has not received my mail. I again forwarded and told them to check. Then they told that the mail is received, but the attachment is not openable since the same is in pdf format. They wanted me to convert the pdf attachment into image file and send to them again. This also I did . I contacted again. The most annoying part with their HelpDesk is each time a different person would pick up the phone and there is no co-ordination between the HelpDesk personnel. Hence I had to explain the whole issue again and again to different personnel of HelpDesk. Now this time, even though the HelpDesk personnel could open my file and satisfied that the payment is done twice, the personnel could only forward the issue to the concerned dept., without resolving the issue. The personnel is not sure when the Refund would be made . They are least bothered to redress the complaint. Without solving the issue in hand, the Personnel ask if anything more is needed? Even after 18 days that too even after my submission of proof of double payment they are not least bothered to refund the money nor responding. to the tickets already raised with them. There is also no provision in their On line Site to view the status of the tickets already raised.

After cancellation of of order on 21st Jan2017 return item was picked by shopclues nominated courier OVERNITE EXPRESS.After repeated request there is no action .
