I HAVE SPEND HALF HOUR TO SPEAK WITH SHOP CLUE CUSTOMER SERVICE .VERY VERY WORST SYSTEM . SHOPCLUE NO PROPER CHANNEL TO ESCLATE ANY ISSUE .ONLY ONE NUMBER FOR ALL and that too its not a Toll free number. I had Ordered for Samsung Powerbank of 9000Mah (Vendor Name : Mobile Hub Online). The order received is Duplicate Samsung Power bank of 2600Mah provided instead of 9000Mah. Even the power bank is charging only one mobile of 2600Mah. I feel its a cheating vendors location adress is through Shopclues. The quality of other products which i received is also very bad, I will never - ever shop in Shopclues Was this information helpful? | |||
